ORDERING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

- Refunds/Exchange

UAE Returns
Simple! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the products that are unworn, free of any stains or smell, with the tags and labels attached (Excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. You can simply email us at slekoo.brand@gmail.com, or Contact us on Instagram and we will return you items.

International & GCC Returns
For all orders placed outside of UAE, you can return your items with your own courier company within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. Send an email to slekoo.brand@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return address. Please make sure to have a copy of your AWB bill printed with your order number written on the bill and placed inside your return package.

- How long it takes deliver my order ?

To UAE 1-3 Working Days

To GCC 4-6 Working Days


- Shipping Taxes

For GCC & Outside GCC orders there might be additional taxes you have to pay once you receive your order or at the checkout, these taxes are usually shipping and delivery taxes. Any Custom or Shipping Taxes are customer responsibility to pay.
