ORDERING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Refunds/Returns
UAE Returns
Simple! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the products that are unworn, free of any stains or smell, with the tags and labels attached (Excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. You can simply email us at slekoo.brand@gmail.com, or Contact us on Instagram and we will return you items.
International & GCC Returns
For all orders placed outside of UAE, you can return your items with your own courier company or with our own courier company we use, within 14 days of the date of receiving your shipment. Send an email to slekoo.brand@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return address. Please make sure to have a copy of your AWB bill printed with your order number written on the bill and placed inside your return package.
RETURN COSTS
Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
If you indicate that you would like to return a product, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your return is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Items & Products must not be worn, or damaged. And returned in the same packaging received.
WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?
- Refund to Gift Card: Get your refund faster with a bonus! Opt for a gift card and enjoy 15% extra value. This is the fastest way to receive your refund. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, the refund to a digital gift card typically takes 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with the gift card details, which are valid for 12 months.
- Refund to Visa or Card Payment Method: If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7-10 business days. After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
